Irrigation Filters
Filtration is a critical component of Bluedrip drip irrigation systems. There are two main types of filters: primary and secondary.
Primary Filters: Sand filters and hydro cyclone filters are designed to remove larger particles like sand and heavy impurities from the water supply.
Secondary Filters: Screen filters and disc filters are used to capture finer impurities, preventing dripper clogging and ensuring long-lasting system performance.
Bluedrip offers a range of filter sizes, including ¾", 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", and 3", to accommodate various system requirements.

SCREEN FILTERS
Screen filters act as a crucial final safeguard against clogging in drip irrigation systems.
While sand filters effectively remove most impurities, minute particles can still pass through. The screen filter, equipped with a fine-mesh strainer, captures these remaining physical impurities, ensuring only clean water enters the micro-irrigation system.
Screen filters are typically cylindrical in shape and constructed from non-corrosive materials like metal or plastic
They are available in mesh sizes ranging from 60 to 120, offering varying levels of filtration.
The flow rate capacity ranges from 7 to 50 cubic meters per hour.
For added durability, they are available with both powder-coated metal and plastic bodies.
DISC FILTER
Bluedrip disk filters are designed to remove extremely fine solid particles from irrigation water.
Their robust construction ensures excellent mechanical strength, while their resistance to chemicals and corrosion guarantees long-term durability.
The unique design of disk filters features stacks of grooved, ring-shaped disks that effectively capture debris, including organic material and algae.
During filtration, the disks are pressed together, creating cavities of varying sizes that promote turbulent flow and enhance filtration efficiency.
Bluedrip disk filters offer flow rates ranging from 7 to 50 cubic meters per hour.
Available in sizes from ¾" to 3" to accommodate different system requirements.

HYDROCYCLONE FILTERS
Bluedrip hydro cyclone filters are engineered to maximize centrifugal force, effectively separating sand from irrigation water.
The innovative design allows for easy removal of dirt through a convenient drain port.
Available in sizes ranging from 2" to 4"
These filters can handle flow rates from 25 to 50 cubic meters per hour, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
SAND FILTER
Bluedrip media filters utilize a bed of fine gravel or coarse quartz sand to capture light suspended materials like algae, organic matter, fine sand, and silt particles.
These filters are ideal for removing water-borne debris that can clog secondary filters.
They are particularly effective in treating water containing algae and other organic impurities.
Offer flow rates ranging from 10 to 50 cubic meters per hour to suit various system needs.
